Dwayne Kleman is a life long resident of Castro County for more than 65 years. He understands Precinct 4 because he has spent his life here—raising a family, working the land, and building businesses that depend on sound decisions and hard work.
As an owner-operator for decades, Dwayne brings hands-on experience across farming, trucking, cattle, dairy, and industrial operations. He has managed budgets, equipment, roads, and long-term planning, and has led negotiations on wind and solar projects to ensure they benefit the community and respect the land.
Dwayne has also served on the Nazareth ISD School Board, Parish Council, and Knights of Columbus, reflecting a lifelong commitment to faith, family, and Castro County.
Register to vote by Monday, 2/26. The Primary Election Day is Tuesday, March 3rd.
